This Privacy Policy explains how Naqiago ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Naqiago mobile application for Android (the "App"). It also applies to our related website at https://naqiago.com (the "Website") where this policy may be published and linked from Google Play.

We follow Google Play's User Data policy requirements by being transparent about what we collect, why we collect it, and how users can control their data.
Naqiago helps you create an account, request services, create bookings, and choose a service location. We collect only the information needed to provide these core features. If you grant location permission, we use your location only while you are using the App (foreground) to help you select a service location and display maps. We do not sell your personal data.

When you select a location (e.g., from a map pin), the App may call OpenStreetMap Nominatim to convert coordinates into a human-readable address ("reverse geocoding"). This request includes the coordinates needed to perform the lookup.

Our service providers (including Supabase, Google, and OpenStreetMap Nominatim) may process data on servers located in different countries. As a result, your information may be transferred and processed internationally.
